Is now the right time for me to use FE MaXimizE?

FE MaXimizE has been adapted for use by different sectors of education and is in use by schools, tertiary and higher education providers in the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand

Their reasons for using it are just as wide-ranging:

1. A newly appointed principal or lead marketer needs an overview of strengths and weaknesses
2. A new strategic planning system or cycle needs to be informed by a situation analysis
3. A college is demonstrating to stakeholders (governors, policy makers and funding agencies) that it is user focused - MaXimizE dovetails well with IiP, Ofsted and other assessment made of colleges’ performance.
4. A college is facing unprecedented challenges and student numbers are under pressure: a serious review is required
5. A college is considering merger or strategic partnership – and mapping processes and those of the prospective partner is essential
6. A senior management team is reviewing college structures to improve performance and efficiency
