For two decades we have been delivering workshops and seminars for Boards, executive staff, marketers, senior managers, teaching/academic staff, and support staff across the education sector via:
- Conferences
- Professional development sessions – we are regularly engaged on student free days by independent schools to speak on matters relating to marketing (marketing staff), customer service (support staff) and the modern parent and student and how they think (teaching staff) and reputation management (School Executive and Board).
- Site specific – where a client has asked us to support dissemination and implementation of our reporting with their staff. This has become a common feature of our accepted methodology whereby for example following market analysis, the client will engage our support, both in the short and longer term to support the execution of deployments. Our understanding of cultures within education institutions allows us to be effective here where others are not able to be.
