Management, Staff Training & Resource Development
For almost two decades, we have been training and mentoring staff at all levels in schools to assist the sector to adapt to the challenges of a ‘marketing culture’. We have particular expertise in building shared understanding on marketing responsibilities between academic staff and marketing staff.
At a sector level, we have developed:

- Created marketer tool kits specific to schools to support staff development and understanding of education marketing concepts (academic, support and marketing staff)
- Contributed articles for reputable education publications globally on education marketing.
Many great marketing and communications directors have joined the sector but they have found adjusting to the school context a challenge. We therefore offer flexible mentoring and coaching support which might be delivered through telephone conversations, email and the occasional review meeting. The benefit is a more effective manager more quickly:
- Improved cultural sensitivity
- Speedy understanding of the regulatory environment
