The Knowledge Partnership is an independent consultancy owned and managed by the people that deliver the service to clients.

Below we introduce ourselves as individuals in more detail, but we recognise that when you engage our business you want to have a good idea of what drives us as a team and how we can collectively address your needs.

The three executive directors each bring a different set of experiences and expertise to meet your challenge. Louise Simpson specialises in communications, David Roberts in evidence-based strategy and Dr Stephen Holmes specializes in internal marketing, staff motivation and aligning internal culture with the needs of the market.

Since all of us have spent our working lives in knowledge sectors, we know that we have much to offer in a world where consultancy has sometimes become impersonal and divorced from the reality of structures and cultures. Our expertise is rooted in advising people, usually principals and senior managers, working with them to define, articulate and improve their corporate, marketing and communications strategies. Our knowledge is backed up by research and analysis but we are also not afraid to provide qualitative advice and insight that stems from many years in the sector.

Our core team is supported by a wide range of consultants with specialist skills, to provide mentoring and coaching, interim and project management, specialist statistical and qualitative analysis, CEO and board-level perspectives, and rigour from a professorial background.

We are also forging partnerships in areas such as corporate affairs and government relations, bid preparation, software solutions for marketing and analysis and training in areas such as public speaking and media relations.
