The Knowledge Partnership were very proud to be shortlisted for the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA)'s small agency Ethical Champions Award.
Although we didn't go home with the award, we had a brilliant evening meeting other PR and communications agencies.
Being an Ethical Champion is defined by the PRCA as demonstrating the following four attributes:
- Staff welfare - Do you believe that a happy, healthy staff leads to a better service for clients? Do you do the utmost to ensure their wellbeing?
- Ethical account management - Are you mindful of the moral aspects of account work? Are your staff encouraged to express their own ethical concerns?
- Recruitment and retention - How do you ensure that interview candidates are sourced from the broadest pool? How do you ensure that interns are given valuable, structured internships?
- Ethical business practices - What structures do you have in place to ensure that the way that you do business is as ethical as possible?
The Knowledge Partnership strive to be ethical in all areas of its business and constantly work to raise standards. We care very much about our staff and clients and it's excellent that this has been recognised through being shortlisted for this great award.
