Supported Healthcheck Management Workshops

The Knowledge Partnership facilitates Healthcheck Away Days for college senior management teams as a means of collectively reviewing the institution’s internal communications.

We introduce how Healthcheck works, and the 35 indicators of good practice. We then work through Healthcheck in group and break-out sessions to rate the institution against the indicators.

We then discuss the findings and support the group to weight the results to determine strengths and weaknesses, best practice, and urgent action areas. A summative conclusion for each section is drawn and qualitative comment is incorporated into a summary college report as a basis for action planning.

Collective Healthcheck

We supply a small sample of senior staff with the Healthcheck spreadsheet and instructions to complete individually. The sample would typically be the senior executive team members plus the lead personnel and communications professionals (i.e. circa 10-12 people).

Completed spreadsheets are saved and e-mailed to The Knowledge Partnership where we used the results to produce a 10-12 page executive summary style report highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and key action points with qualitative commentary to support each section. Benchmarking will be available against other institutions as the database develops.
