Open Day Evaluation

Open Day Evaluation

Open Days are usually the occasion where students seal their loyalty to a university, or turn away from it for another competitor. The impact you have is critical. In our Open Day assessments we will seek to provide clear facts about the demographic profile (age, gender, ethnicity, and domicile) of those attending the Open Day as well as explore questions about:

  • Preconceptions regarding the university and its positioning?
  • What were attendees’ motivations for attending the Open Day and how would they evaluate it?
  • What alternative institutions are prospective students considering?
  • What appeal does the university hold for potential students – what are the strengths of the University?
  • Specific subject feedback
  • Source of guidance or reason for visit

Our surveys can also invite respondents to record any other comments regarding the university, its image, reputation or positioning in an open and unrestricted fashion.  This opportunity provides further insight into how the university is perceived by both students and their parents.
