Christine joined the Knowledge Partnership in June 2018 and leads on all primary research projects at TKP as Senior Consultant

Christine has 20 years of experience in primary research gained working in both research agency and client-side positions, in the UK and Australia. She has designed and managed research projects using the full spectrum of quantitative and qualitative methods in industries as diverse as health, education, retail, financial services and publishing amongst both B2B and B2C audiences. Prior to joining the Knowledge Partnership she worked for Emerald Publishing, a scholarly social science publisher, where she established and grew the Customer Insight function. The programme of work centred around the three main pillars of customer insight: new product development, brand and reputation measurement and customer experience.

Since joining TKP Christine has developed the primary insight function, leading on a number of research projects to evaluate new course propositions, the brand and reputation of an institution and the student experience. She has also developed TKP’s City Image product which examines the role of location in prospective undergraduate university choice, the results of which she presented at the 2018 University Market Insight Conference.

In her spare time Christine enjoys reading, wine tasting and travelling. She also enjoys taking full advantage of her English Heritage membership and can often be found wondering around ancient buildings.
