2019's Charity Fundraising Round-up

Back in December 2018, The Knowledge Partnership employees voted on a number of nominated charities they would like to work with, and throughout 2019 endeavoured to raise as much as possible to support Leeds and CPSL Mind, the two chosen charities of the year. 

Local Minds are invaluable within their communities, campaigning, raising awareness and promoting understanding of mental health, all whilst providing vital services to anyone who needs them. TKP are incredibly proud to support such a worthwhile cause, and are thrilled to announce that across 2019 we raised £988.57 for Leeds Mind and £916.25 for CPSL Mind.  

Over the past 12 months, staff have taken part in a number of active challenges, including the Orwell 10K, Kapow! 5K, and not forgetting Jacob flying through the Yorkshire Marathon. One member of staff was the lucky winner of an extra day of annual leave, and we all enjoyed overindulging on baked goods in the TKP Bake Off. Our summer social was hosted by Inkwell Arts, where many creative talents were unearthed! 

We look forward to continuing our fundraising in 2020, and getting stuck in to as many new challenges and activities as possible!
